Poor quality of service

My experience with this practice was really poor. The doctors and receptionists are not very organized and have too many clients, which prevents the patient from getting good care. The midwives don't do water births, and they don't seem to put the mother's interests first. They are very pushy with tests, including those which are unnecessary and expensive. I never got replies to my calls in a timely manner, and receptionists messed up my appointments twice. After just two appointments I switched midwives, and would not recommend this practice.
